01 — Inspiration & Design
Every creation begins with understanding the design, proportions, diamond shapes, details and overall character of the piece.
We focus on creating jewellery that is not only beautiful, but also thoughtfully designed to be worn and cherished.
02 — CAD Design
The concept is transformed into a detailed 3D CAD model.
This allows us to refine proportions, dimensions and design details before production, helping us achieve greater precision in the final piece.
03 — Material & Diamond Selection
The right materials bring the design to life.
Depending on the piece, we carefully select 925 silver, 10KT, 14KT, 18KT or 22KT gold, along with lab-grown diamonds, moissanite or natural diamonds according to the design and customer's requirements.
04 — Precision Manufacturing
Once the design is approved, it moves into production.
Our skilled manufacturing process turns the digital design into a physical piece of jewellery, with careful attention given to structure, proportions and every small detail.
05 — Diamond Setting
Each diamond is carefully positioned and securely set into the jewellery.
The goal is to achieve the right balance, alignment and visual beauty while maintaining the integrity of the design.
06 — Finishing & Polishing
The jewellery then goes through detailed finishing and polishing.
Edges, surfaces and finer details are carefully refined to create a smooth, clean and premium final appearance.
07 — Quality Check
Before your jewellery leaves Aurista, it goes through a detailed quality inspection.
We check the overall finish, stone setting, structure, details and craftsmanship to ensure the piece meets our quality standards.
08 — Ready for Your Story
Once the final inspection is complete, your jewellery is carefully prepared and packaged — ready to leave our hands and become part of your story.
